Kickass, Jesus!

Hello again interwebs. I’m a busy bee.

Here is something* I hope you’ll really enjoy:

*note: this is not my work, it is not categorized as my work on here. I found it somewhere on the interwebs, can’t remember where because it has been sitting in my “I Like These Pictures” folder on my computer. All images on this site are found all over the internet with the exception of those that I specify as personal artwork.

Um, where have you been?

Hello interwebs, I’ve been busy with second semester.

I’ll post some of my work later on.

Right now, I wanna talk about tattoos.

I enjoy this one. Mostly because I enjoy cameras and it’s nicely done.

I he(art) nouveau.

This one is nice and subtle.

If I had a long torso I’d probably do something like this.

This is just a nice photograph.

So is this one.

I ❤ this.

I’m getting a big chunk of my sleeve done in May.

Can’t wait.

Make Cupcakes, Not War.

Let’s talk cupcakes.

Look at that shexy color scheme. I love fondant, too. I would spend the rest of my life making things out of fondant if I could.

Jack & Jill cupcake!!

Look at that fancy ass cupcake. I would spend all of 10 seconds admiring it before I devoured that thing.

Um, hello cute fondant dino cake avec egg nest cupcakes!

This almost makes me miss my old job as a Coldstone Cake Builder and Decorator.

Almost.

I really need some blue candy now.

Whoa, whoa, whoa…cupcake image on cupcake? You’re crazy.

And look at this fancy shmancy cupcake. It comes in a little glass dish like thing.

Jealous.

I just like this image.

And this cupcake.

This Is Limbo

So there I was, crusin around beautiful crime when I stumbled upon a unique artist:

Now this is my kinda art.

They do everything from 2D-3D and installation work.

I couldn’t find their name, probably because I was just fascinated with the work and didn’t look hard enough. All I found was their flickr account: thisislimbo

I’m pretty sure if my soul looked like anything, it would be these hooded characters that appear all through out their work.

Their medium of choice is cardboard, water color, string/yarn, and packing tape.

There is also this little bird character that appears in a lot of their work.

This was piece was made before the disaster in Haiti. Apparently they were tearing up a street and thisislimbo found it a perfect spot to make art.

They also include the phrase “know hope” in most of their pieces.

This is my favorite piece.

I dont have the link to their flickr account, but I’m sure if you search for thisislimbo, they will come up.

Go check them out.
